Made exclusively from grapes of a native vine, Ribolla Gialla.
The high hill releases the most typical purity of an ancient native vine. La Roncaia Ribolla Gialla fascinates with a beaming colour, a frank olfactory intensity and a vibrant sip. Vinified in stainless steel tanks at a strictly controlled temperature and left to mature until the autumn following the vintage, this white is an authentic triumph of elegance.
*Vinification: the grapes are harvested in mid-September at full ripeness. Fermentation develops in controlled low-temperature stainless steel vats and is followed by a slow maturation until late summer. After the necessary period of ageing in horizontally place bottles, La Roncaia Ribolla Gialla is introduced into the market.
